1. Who do you use to deliver goods?

We use Australia Post to deliver goods. 

2.  Can you ship my order to a Post Office box?

Yes, we can deliver to a Post Office box within Australia.

3.  How much is postage?

Postage is based on destination zones. The initial product item is charged at full postage rate while additional items (same product item) are charged at a reduced rate.    

• Zone A - Australia and New Zealand : $10.00 AU (Additional item: $5.00 AU)
• Zone B - Asia/Pacific : $15.00 AU (Additional item: $7.50 AU)
• Zone C - USA/Canada/Middle E. : $15.00 AU (Additional item: $7.50 AU)
• Zone D - Rest of World : $20.00 AU (Additional item: $7.50 AU)

4.  What payment methods do you provide? 

We use PayPal as our preferred payment option. If you don't have a PayPal account you can either sign-up for a free one or pay by Credit Card via the PayPal payment system.
